Receptionists here are not helpful at all. I have been calling for two weeks to schedule an appointment for my son, and they say they don’t see my son’s referral, despite me having insurance fax it multiple times. They just kept transferring me to the next person. Luckily, I was able to send my son’s referral elsewhere.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Daughtry! She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even when she didn’t have to. She got me in quickly, worked around my military schedule to ensure my surgery was scheduled at the perfect time, and followed through every step of the way. Post-op, I had an unusual reaction and reached out to her late in the evening; she responded quickly and made sure I was taken care of. It’s been a few months since I saw Dr.Daughtry,however I have spoken so good about her that I have a family member desperately seeking her help! I recommend this podiatrist highly! In case you don’t remember Doc I was the lady headed to Hawaii for vacation and had picked and messed with my toes so bad I literally had none! OCD is real I’m a picker I admit it! I'm glad there is other people out there that had good results with Dr. Daughtry. I did at first when all she took care of was my ingrown toenails. Then I let her know I was having pain in my ankle as I had hardware in my leg from 16 years ago. Right away her idea to get rid of the pain was just take the hardware out. A surgery that should have never happened as she needed help from another doctor in the OR was supposed to take a half hour took 3. She never even came and seen me after surgery.
