I came to Elizabeth seeking a trauma informed and body centered approach to healing. Her work has helped me work through past traumas and integrate a new orientation in current relationships. I cannot say enough good things about the brain-spotting work we did together. This somatic approach really helped me shift my nervous system in profound ways that talk therapy alone has not. I highly recommend Elizabeth. She is a skilled, compassionate and highly attuned therapist.

Miss Clark guided me through therapy and the brainspotting technique, it was very insightful. With her caring and calming attitude she was so easy to work with and I had many revelations in regards to where my blocks are within my own field of vision and in return my personal life. Her skilled way of handling what came up for me and her soothing energy really allowed me to move through some tough emotions and process them in a safe space. I’ll be booking another session! I have been seeing Elizabeth for the last 3 years and she has helped me navigate through many difficult passages in my life with deep compassion, attentive listening and a deep desire to understand.
