RecommendedWe had a very nice facials. When it comes to your face, you want to feel comfortable that you can trust someone that knows what they are doing. Spa was warm and inviting and the staff was very attentive and friendly.
Worst facial ever! First problem- she wore gloves. They smelled and were not relaxing against my skin. The young girl talked the entire time-gave me a play by play of the facial. (This was not my first facial) Some products were running low, so she was beating the bottles to use the products. I’m not sure what combination she used but this facial was almost 8 hours ago and the skin around my eyes is still red and burns. A complete let down. Especially by The Red Door standards.

This was my first time at the Red Door Spa in the Garden City Hotel and it didn’t disappoint. I would definitely recommend it and I will be going back.

A big shout out in the MOST NEGATIVE way possible for the WORST customer service imaginable. Each year I treat my wife with a gift certificate at Christmas for a 50 min deep tissue massage to use when she is feeling most stressed and needs to relax. Well, this past Friday was THAT day. She made the appointment a week in advance and was looking forward to it all week. I paid for a full 50 minute deep tissue massage ($150) and I always include a 20% gratuity (another $30), so when my wife walks in, she hands the certificate in... read more
