I just saw Dr. Townsend today for the first time and she was extremely professional, friendly and put me at ease by explaining the exam she was going to do. She also told me what to look(or in this case listen) for and when I might want to seek further treatment. This was my first time going to the VA medical center in Augusta and everyone I met working there could not have been nicer or more helpful.
