I was told everything was good but billed the insurance company for removal of pulps thus creating a 750.00 bill. I never got a explanation or paperwork of what was done. Stay away.
Great doc; really listened to my issues, asked a lot of detailed questions to get the best story of my situation, and seemed to really care. Got me in pretty quickly for the test, and labs done. I've already sent my husband to him and one friend. Highly recommend.
The man (don't even want to give him a title) insulted my intelligence, was rude, didn't listen, interrupted me ... on and on. I cannot begin to convey how awful this man was during my first (and most definitely last) appointment with him. Stay as far away as you can.
Dr. Fink performed my first colonoscopy. Everything went well. Dr. Fink spoke with me both before and after the procedure. He was very friendly and professional, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Fink.
Dr. Riley has excellent bedside manners. He listened well and was open to questions. His office was courteous, warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Raile, without reservation.
Has been seeing my daughter, who is mentally disabled, for about ten years. He is kind and caring, but more importantly, he is incredibly thorough at every visit. She sees many specialists due to a complicated medical history, and Dr. Herdman ranks up at the very top. We’re very lucky to have found such a great doctor.
My husband started seeing Dr. Bobman due to abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting that lasts a week or more each episode. He can’t move with it. Dr. Bobman did both an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I was in the waiting room and getting frightened as had heard nothing wayyyyy past the time it should have been over. He did not come out until over an hour after it was done to say my husband was out and doing OK. He then got angry that I was upset. All I needed was anyone to tell me it was over and he was OK!!!! Waited two months for my biopsy results. Dr. Raile never called with them. I had to go to the office and pick them up myself. I am right now waiting for a medication adjustment. I have called the office four times in four days and the office said they sent him notices of what I needed. He still has not responded. I am looking for a new doctor. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Benjaimin Raile.
The people in their office are seriously incompetent. Impossible to get straight answers about insurance or scheduling and wasted so much time on hold (nearly an hour every time I called). When requested the order to go to a different practice to get the procedure done, they refused to give us one. Now we are starting over. Don't waste your time. This place is run like a factory.
