Great dr actually listens and is practical
She was professional, listened to my problem, checked the wound, explained what was happening and why. I learned what is an abscess and what is a normal dissolving suture. I had no idea the dissolvable sutures create inflammation to dissolve. I left feeling relieved and informed. Also, staff got me seen right away before a 3 day holiday weekend. Relief! I would recommend her.
Very friendly and professional. Dr. O'Neil let's you know exactly what needs to be done and explains the procedure that is to be done.
