I had a horrible experience. Went in for Coolsculpting which did not work. I was told by the staff if it did not work I would get free lipo or money back. They did give me an extra session for free and that did not work either. When I said I wanted my money back they didn't want to give it. After dealing with this for half a year they agreed to give me back half. That was in June and still no money. I have repeatedly called and asked to speak to either the doctor or the Coolsculpting rep but neither could be bothered to call... read more
