I've been seeing Dr. Durbin for almost 10 years now. I've had nothing but a great experience with her. She cares about her patients, checks in after medical events, and is very easy to talk to.
REVIEW #2. Nobody’s perfect right? With that being said, it’s not alright when I am on a “video call” with Dr. Durbin for her to see what was going on and knowingly /Against her better judgment probably…to do as her colleague said. Which was 199% incorrect. For Elizabeth Durbin’s actions alone; because I believed her and trusted her for 10+ years…she made a *very simple error* that has continues to cause me so much agony. I have never ever met a doctor quite like Dr. Elizabeth Durbin. Just to name a few things that she can do: she can see your whole entire family, she can talk to you about issues and guide you on where to get help, she can give you a Pap smear. Her annual physicals run one hour, and they are more thorough then Portillos used to be. She is the most amazing doctor I have ever encountered in my entire life and I don’t say that lightly. Everyone at this practice is kind and compassionate. From the minute you walk in with the kind greeting from the receptionists to the nurses and nurse practitioners, you are made to feel important and taken care of. Dr. Durbin is amazing! She makes you feel like you are her only patient and her care is above and beyond. High quality care, kindness, understanding, empathy and knowledge, make Dr. Durbin one of the best. The other doctors here are also great. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr durbin seems perfect for people that have little to no ailments and need minor healthcare But if you're health is more complex, you definitely want to choose a more knowledgeable northwestern physician. I would not suggest her to anybody that been sickly serious diseases. After a few visits you'll realize that her view and methods are completely different than other northwestern physicians.
