Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Dr. Baker was very thorough in her examination. She explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment and followup procedures. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I like how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me as their patient. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I feel like they are very flexible to accommodate my schedule. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! I felt that Dr. Baker listened thoroughly to everything I said and addressed each item. I felt like I was the only patient there, she took so much time with me. She was very focused on what the needs were and how she could help. Both she and her nurses all took great care to make sure that we knew what the next steps were, making the phone calls themselves to the doctor that we were referred to. Dr. Baker also followed up with me very quickly on results. I will be returning to her with my entire family.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I run a medical office and was very impressed with the friendly and professional demeanor of the office staff. Dr. Baker was incredibly calming and open to hearing and responding to my concerns. She has a very professional approach and couples that with warmth and empathy. I have recommended her to two of my staff - one 60 years old and one 22 - and both loved her. She is the real deal.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
