Dr D is extremely compassionate and listens to your concerns. I have never met a doctor that is as thorough as she is. She listens, takes notes and works with you for the best course of treatment. She aims to get to the bottom of your issue versus just putting you on medication and shoving you out the door as I have experienced with other doctors. Her staff is amazing. Some may mistake them as being rude but in my opinion, they are just beyond super busy.
Dr D. Is a very good doctor. She's compassionate, respectful and she's careful about overprescribing and using non-narcotic treatments or procedures when warranted. All that said, her office staff could use some work. They come off as rude, but I think it's because they're very busy... they're certainly not lazy (as one reviewer wrote). I highly recemmend Dr D and her practice, Great Lakes Pain Physicians!
Dr Diaconescu is TRULY AMAZING! My wife has faced chronic pain for well over a decade due to multiple conditions/surgeries that she has- She has seen many doctors over the years and has even been to Mayo- (We’ve unfortunately found out that most doctors barely want to take the time to spend over 10-15min with patients to review symptoms and charts/records/test results/etc).. my wife and I have been patients of Dr. D’s for the last three years. after our experiances with the so called office staff we are changing Dr’s. my wife has been calling and leaving messages with the answering service , the pharmacy has sent three faxes to the office and yet still no refill on her meds. i finally got ahold of someone at the office today ( after calling 7 times and letting it ring 18 times each call with no answer ) also my wife has been on the same meds for 3+ years and the refill has always been faxed in b... read more
I have never met a more compassionate or caring pain management physician. Her office is wonderful. She is super responsive. I am speechless and glad that she is around.
