I was told there was no charge for me to see them for a diagnosis and I was told this when I was there being seen. I returned forthe diagnosis 6 days later and it was injections with stem cells and other items for over $6,000.00. There were no guarantees that the injections would work. So for my hip pain I will have a hip surgery done and solve the problem. They took my Aetna insurance information and charged Aetna $150.00 and sent me a bill for$40.00 which I will not pay them and I reported them to Aetna for receiving money... read more

1 star because zero isn't an option. It took 9 days to get a referral that she stated during my appt, that she would upload to my portal. It was sent to me via email 9 days later after numerous calls and portal messages. It took another 4 days to find the referral in my email because it went to SPAM so a total of 13 days, numerous calls and portal messages to get a referral she should have put in my portal the same day as my appt. Overall she is an ok doctor but she tends to seem annoyed if not overwhelmed when you are trying to explain yourself to her. She definitely will talk over you and try to cut the appointment short if it is starting to get even a few minutes away from the 30 minute mark and does not do well with explaining in depth or going over alternatives. She tends to push their non insurance covered therapy a lot and does not want to focus on the main issues and avoids doing too much investigation on what you want to fix first before push... read more
