Had a brow clean up appointment, no wax because I use retinol. Asked her to clean up just around the natural brow, showed the smaller hairs on the tail and said that is the only part that needs to be touched up. I don’t know why she plucked over half my brow off and gave me a completely new arch. Told her not to do the same to the other one, so at least I have one normal brow. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because she at least tried to offer 10% off as a condolence.

I've been attending here since I was thirteen, and I've always had a relatively good experience, but this last time they really outdid themselves! If you have a specific brow vision in mind, I would recommend Tiana - I showed her a picture, and she really took her time mapping out the shape, explaining what parts of it would and wouldn't work with my natural brow structure, checking with me what I wanted changed, and making more alterations after the first pass based on what I said. Very attentive and skilled!

I had a hydrating facial with Irene. Not only is she inviting and delightful but I had one of the most enjoyable, relaxing and thorough facials I’ve had in many years. My face was literally glowing, dewy, and soft as silk when I was done and it was the highlight of my weekend. Run don’t walk to this adorable little gem!
