Honestly I really wanted to like this place after seeing such amazing results on their instagram, but after paying $115 including tip I would expect to have a service I am satisfied with. Teyanna was nice and the experience was very comfortable however I have quite literally never had a worse lash lift in my life. It looked like I pumped my lashes twice with a lash curler right in the middle. I have been there a few times for brow tint and lamination and always leave with a great experience !
I really enjoyed the ambiance of the Normal Heights Elixr location. It's flooded with light! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, personable, yet professional. The estheticians who did my treatments (Teyonna for my brows and Olive for my lashes) were AMAZING. So precise and thorough. I will definitely be back, and soon!
