Nerissa is truly a diamond in the rough. She is thoughtful, clear, patient, and incredibly skilled at both cutting and coloring hair. What really stood out to me is how she respected my personal and cultural beliefs about hair while still giving me an amazing result each time. Narissa is awesome! I accidentally booked the wrong service, but she was so accommodating and pivoted her schedule to help me out. She was incredibly thorough with my bleach application, ensuring perfect results while keeping my hair healthy. Feb 2026 Update: Google unfortunately will not let me post multiple review for different sessions. I have attached more photos of the work Evangeline (Kokis) has done on my hair, but I'd like to say that I'm still just as impressed with her as day 1.
