I recently had partial keratin extensions installed by Madison, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. I have super fine hair, and before getting the extensions, I asked Madison multiple times whether keratin extensions were the right choice for my hair type. I was assured they were safe, low-maintenance, easy to remove, and a great option for me. Cassandra made my appointment a very relaxing experience. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I really enjoy the scalp massage and the advice given. There was no rush with my service that I received today. The staff were very friendly and my stylist made sure I was happy with everything before I left. I didn’t feel pressured at all to add more services. I will definitely return there again.
I couldn’t be happier with my hair! The colour turned out exactly how I envisioned—rich, beautiful, and perfectly suited to me. The cut is amazing, adding shape, movement, and making my hair so much easier to manage. My stylist, Kyleigh, was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to get their hair done.
Booked last minute hair trim with gloss treatment. They were able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. Cassandra ( apprentice ) was very at tentative to detail & very professional
