I am new to St. Albert and was super nervous about going to a new salon. After a lot of research, I chose Sam at Elixir. My experience for my colour, gloss, and bang trim was exceptional. Sam totally delivered (and I am admittedly hard to please with my hair) while been sweet, kind, open, and communicative. I will definitely be back.
I have been sitting on writing this review for a while. I wanted to be kind of out of the woods on my haircut experience until I felt comfortable writing this. Hair is an important thing to women so hopefully this doesn’t come across as an overreaction, but just a reminder for newer stylists (and for myself) to focus on clarifying during the consultation.
