Started off strong with a time to meet at my condo after telling me a quote would cost $99 for an outlet install in the bathroom. I waited 3 hours for them to show up or call me and they never did. I tired calling back and they stopped answering the phone all together. Called about 4 times after the no-show. Very disappointed at their lack of communication. Search elsewhere for an electrician that will get things done when you need them.
This is a Scam!! They charged me $169 up front to confirm an appointment for electrician to diagnose my issue. Electrician showed up, not from Elixir, but from a 2nd party. The 2nd party charged me $139 for the visit and stated that the $169 was a ‘membership fee’. Not sure if these two companies are associated or not. I called to get a refund, they claimed they were investigating and never called back. SCAM!!
