Wanted to support local business by hiring them, but they ended up subcontracted the work. Those workers actually made the clog in my dryer vent worse than it was in the first place. Called Elixir back numerous times. At first they kept saying that a supervisor would give me a follow up call (which they never did), then they would just hang up on me. Worst service ever. Do NOT use them!
