Horrible Communication! He literally left last night and never showed up again to pick up his mess (tons of drywall on our CARPET, bags, garbage and I paid him in full. He will now not return our calls. He gave us a million excuses He was suppose to have our project done in a week and it went over three weeks! Excuse after Excuse after Excuse. The estimate was very competitive. Aaron came out with a small crew and delivered the job as promised. On time, maintained communication, and courteous. Beautiful work. Definitely would recommend and use again.
We hired Aaron to "rough finish" a fair amount of drywall that we had hung ourselves. This was all done upstairs in our 140 year duplex. We were pretty desperate to get the job done quickly in order to get the property ready to sell it. I asked Aaron if he could give me one day's labor, which he essentially did, but over the course of two days. He did exactly as I asked: mud, tape and sand everything atleast once. He is now located in east troy.Very disappointed. He was to do drywall finishing on my garage ceiling. The walls are way nicer that I did on my own.All my new outlets are covered in knockdown along with my garage doors and floors and everything else in there.20 plus screw holes and a patch were not finished, the joints weren't sanded out and he sprayed the knockdown regardless. We hired Aaron on January 13th to finish some drywall in our basement and mud and tape the rest so we could be ready to paint. He stated on 01/13, that he would be done by the time we left for vacation 01/19/21. On 01/18, he said he would need till Friday 01/22/21 to complete. We said that was fine. Today is 02/01/2021, and he did not completed the job in total. Yesterday 01/31/2021, Aaron came up from the basement and said he was going to Home Depot.
