I have been with this organization for more time that I should have been. Everytime I go to this organization I have a different doctor. "The staff is amazing." But this company CANNOT keep any Medical Doctors. And when you are finally are able to talk to an actual "DOCTOR" you have to sit in their office for more time than I have time for. I WILL find an actual professional that will does want my business.
I would like to give a great review to the 2 ladies at the front desk today ( Wednesday August 7, 2024 @ about 3:15pm) for providing GREAT customer service to us. They were extremely helpful, acknowledged our concern with respect and provided a quick solution so that my daughter would be seen. Very professional. THANK YOU, for all your help.
My husband goes to this facility. Everytine he has an appointment, the staff calls me instead of him, the patient, to confirm. I have told the 4 times that I'm only the emergency contact, and they need to call him for appointment confir.ations. 4 times I was told it would be updated in his chart. The last time I was very direct with the staff. Her reaction was to hang up on me. That I can take as I know how to pull my big girl panties on and deal with it. I called the office from 5 phones after waiting 34 Minutes for someone to pick up the phone, each phone was for a different option, new patients, appointments, clinical staff. I ended up having to give up. I understand though, it was a Friday @1453 and they do close at 1700. I am so so very thankful I do not have to deal with them for my own healthcare needs.
Dr Lamparelli is the best all around. He listens and addresses everything individually. He's also willing to do research if necessary, so could not ask for a more kind and compassionate doctor.
