I have waited TWO MONTHS for an authorization from this drs office, for my NEUROSURGEON…had MAJOR neck surgery last JUNE….I'm still under my surgeon’s care…NOBODY from Lindo’s office LET ME KNOW THE DR SAID NO TO MY AUTHORIZATION!!! I’m BEYOND PISSED….i used to manage medical offices. This IS AN EMBARRASSMENT!! His office did NOT REACH OUT TO ME. My first appointment today with dr. Alfredo Lindo and I was impressed how professional and caring he was! He listened all my concernes patiently and is very qualified and polite!
I love Tess and Dr Layme but their staff is my problem. They never answer the phone and don't return messages. I had an xray done on Thursday and I called on Friday (twice) before I got a return call she said it would take at least 48 hours and they would have Monday. I waited until Tuesday to call and left a message that was never returned. I call the place I had the xray done and they told me they sent it the same day I had it.
