Since day one of showing up I've been blown away by the community at this gym. The team here is excellent at accountability and encouragement. The trainers are phenomenal with meeting individuals needs. The workouts are tough but absolutely doable. I've made great progress in just 2 weeks of training. Highly recommend coming by for a class and getting involved with an incredible group of people that are serious about fitness and wellness overall.
