I called this afternoon about a problem we were having with a rental and within a few hours we had a tech come help us. James was so polite and a real pleasure to work with. Because of him, we will now use Elite1 for all of our properties. He was the best technician I have ever encountered! Honest, reliable, and personable. The service plan he explained to us seems to be an excellent value as well.
The technician that came to my house to fix my furnace was awesome. Very professional and thorough. He was very responsive and informative to any of my questions. Not to mention he was extremely nice to my one year old son who smiled because he approved of the work James( technician) completed as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
James from Elite1 Heating and Cooling was great. He arrived right on time to assess our 16-year-old Carrier AC system. After identifying the issue, he laid out a variety of options for how to best address the problem. He didn't pressure us into making any particular decision and patiently answered all of our questions. We contacted him later that day after we made our decision and he quickly got our appointment scheduled. Would recommend.
Fixed our old unit that wasn't heating. Went ahead and installed and worked out the wiring, which would likely have been hard for me. Offered advice on maintenance of furnaces. Spotted some asbestos tape and offered advice on dealing with that. Advised on improving fixing duct insulation.
Top notch HVAC company. I am typically pretty skeptical with contractors and even more so with HVAC companies due to the horror stories people have had with the big guys. Elite1 Heating and Cooling Co replaced my heat pump system. From day one I received individual attention from the owner. The installation team was very clean and professional and did quality work. I would not hesitate to use Elite1 Heating and Cooling Co again!
