Jamie has always been a straight forward guy. No bs when it comes to what needs to be replaced vs what could wait. He’s over priced and definitely doesn’t communicate during repairs what is wrong or needs to be fixed. He just fixes and send a bill. Very unprofessional place
Jamie is a wonderful technician. I learned more from him on my first service for our Cub Cadet than I did in 20 years from other small engine repair companies. Thorough, reasonable and fast. You can't top the service you will get at Southington PowerSports. Can't say enough. TOP NOTCH!
