Be very careful with this company! Schedule an appointment to tint my vehicle, they gave me a window of 3 to 5 on Sat. I called to cancel my appointment. They called back threatening to charge my card for the full amount, when i called 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, I told them they can not charge for services that are not rendered and the guy got very rude on the phone and says you signed the online agreement and states we can charge you the full amount for Canceling, this is complete BS. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DEPOSIT VIA CREDIT CARD!!! I Needed 5 interior glass panel doors tinted with privacy film. They showed up on 2 separate occasions with the wrong film wasting hours of my time each time. The person at the company I spoke with agreed to cancel the order due to their screw up. They charged me the deposit and charge for work they did not perform and now a month later they have not refunded the deposit and are lying to my credit card company stating they provided a service.
