I called Elite for an estimate. Elite insisted I be at home for the estimate (even though I gave Elite my e-mail address). He picked a time convenient for him. I rearranged my schedule to be there. He called an hour before he was supposed to come, and said he'd be late. No show. He came the next morning, made measurements. It's been weeks, and I've yet to get an estimate.
