I don't share the glowing reviews. Did they do an adequate job? Yes, adequate, but certainly not "elite". I expected more for the price I paid. They did the bare minimum and missed cleaning some bedroom windows and didn't clean some window sills that they were supposed to (I guess they didn't expect the homeowner to look). When I brought up my concerns, I wasn't contacted immediately by the project manager (which is what a manager should do), but rather told by the office scheduler that they could come back "next week."
