Greg is the best inspector we’ve worked with so far and we aren’t first time home buyer. He is easy to work with and to schedule, his price is reasonable. He accommodated our tight schedule. We did a comprehensive home inspection including sewer scope, radon check, oil tank sweep. His report is prompt, very organized, easy to follow. Thanks to his expertise, we avoided a big mistake of buying a house with structural issues, will recommend him to anyone who need a knowledgeable inspector.
