A hardworking gym with a laid back friendly atmosphere. The workouts are very intense and the coach (Stylez) will make sure you are motivated. Lots of time slots available throughout the day. The gym itself is very open and clean.

I've been a member for almost 2 months. After being in team sports my whole life, I have never wanted to improve myself more than I do now. "Don't get bitter, get better" says it all. Nothing but positive vibes here, and I look forward to every class.

I have been a member of Elite Vandals Gym for about 5 months and am extremely happy with my results. Before coming to the gym, I had very limited workout experience and definitely would have never considered myself athletic. Stylez genuinely cares for the well being of all his members and ensures that we execute every move with correct technique and form. I have been going to the cross fit gym since December 2013. Stylez, the owner/trainer, is very motivating. I had never been to this type of gym before and it is truly a great workout. I recently left the new beginner class to join the regular class. It was a big step and Stylez pushed me, as well as the other members, to keep working hard. It is an unbelievable work out. I wish I had known about this gym sooner.
