Terrible customer service and zero accountability. I’ve been a loyal customer of Elite Trimworks for years, but this latest experience has been an absolute nightmare. Repeated emails and calls have gone completely ignored for days. Their production and office are under the same roof, yet no one can provide a straight answer on where my order is or when it will be ready. Asked for a quote for some custom work. The initial call and discussion seemed fine but they never got back to me. I made repeated attempts to call, leaving voicemails and sending email and follow ups. Finally after 1 month I got one reply and then followed up with another question that was once again unanswered.
