I ordered a Mesa Wood Beam / Fypon from Elite Trimworks. They were great to deal with. The package was 18 feet long and they helped me to bring it out to my trailer when I picked it up. Due to the lead time they also offered in stock options but were great to accommodate my request for a single 18 foot long piece. Will be sure to use Elite again when I do my next trim project.
Amateurish. Deceitful. Cheap. It is difficult to find words that fully describe how inept this company is, but I will try. Elite Trimworks is fundamentally dishonest. was given false information on shipping and delivery when given my shipping information. was told items were in stock when actually have to be made! told them needed quickly and said understood and was told 1 week checked next day when was about to place order on delivery time and then was told 2-3 weeks. very frustrating. they said the employee was new and made a mistake he thought it was for Canada but i gave him USA shipping information. Not sure how you make a mistake on that!
Buyer Beware! - Try and buy more local or Amazon! An unfortunate experience. I typically never have an issue with a company, but this one is a rare exception. *Their “hassle-free” return process is not true.* What seemed like the possibility of getting your money back, ended up being a fraction of what was paid to the point where you might as well try and sell the items on Facebook marketplace as they told me.
