I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Elite Tree House Flowers in Warminster, PA. I placed an order for a beautiful birthday floral surprise gift five day before the delivery date and the flowers were never delivered. The worst part? I wasn’t even notified until the day after the birthday (delivery date), when they called to explain the delay. They offered to reschedule the delivery, but it was already too late. I had a very disappointing experience this morning. I received an early call from the staff claiming my payment didn’t go through, and instead of calmly resolving it, I was spoken to rudely and even called a scammer — completely unprofessional. Turns out their system was down and the issue wasn’t on my end at all. Later, I spoke with the owner who was kind, understanding, and apologized multiple times for how I was treated. I got my mom flowers for Mother’s Day, and they showed up on the date I selected and more beautiful than I imagined. And for the standard size they were full and in bloom. Decent prices for beautiful arrangements.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the recipients "loved the little butterfly". Flowers for the family of a deceased loved one. And you brought them a smile with the beautiful arrangement. Thank you!
