Amazing programming and staff. Individual needs are attended to and constant monitoring and adjustments lead to shared goals being met. Caring and knowledgeable staff have made training with ETS a true pleasure for myself and our family!!
ETS has a great environment for everyone, regardless of what your current capabilities are. They cater a program suited for everyone, designed by knowledgeable coaches that oversee everything from the start. The gym also has in-house physio. Sam is great at what he does. The whole team oversaw my rehabilitation from shoulder surgery. With their help, I returned to active duty far earlier than doctors predicted. I highly recommend ETS.
I have been training at ETS since 2015 and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the trainers, the facility and the environment as a whole! I have been a retired varsity athlete for 10+ years now and can say with certainty that I feel stronger and more confident in my athletic ability now than I did in my university days. The athlete first mentality that Sean and Jeff have built really allows them to get the most out of every individual that steps through their door.
Phenomenal place to be a part of. High end staff who are hands on and make sure you feel welcome. Can't say enough good things about the people who work there. Have helped me with both getting in better shape as well as injury recovery and prevention. They do it all!
