About 10 years ago I started getting serious calf cramps and having to drop out of races and training runs. When I had to drop out of the Chicago marathon 5 years ago I thought my 40 year running career was over. Giving up the sport that I loved seemed depressing but inevitable. My son has been training with Nathan for 8 sessions as he was preparing for State Swim this year. His strength and endurance has greatly improved, he was again first team All-State taking 2 thirds in his individual events as a Sophomore. We plan on working with Nathan this long course season as he chases his national time cuts. Great experience.
I have been training with Nathan for years now! Every training session gets me stronger and the conversation always boosts my spirit! I would highly recommend Nathan for anyone that is trying to further their endurance training goals.
I have worked with Nathan the past two years. I am continuing to improve fitness goals (to improve balance, strengthen and flexibility). He has helped me exceed running goals, setting new PR"s at 70. I looking forward to more at 71 and 72.
