Great service, very helpful crew wrecked my truck on 285 tow truck arrived within 20 minutes and got my truck loaded up within minutes and delivered to my house quick and easy.

completely professional. I did not have enough money to pay for the tow and a spare tire also . I was traveling from texas to Tucson alfred and the crew saved the day . I was 17.00 short of being able to pay for the tire and having enough fuel to make it home . they were kind enough to let me pay the 17.00 when I got to my destination in tucson one week later when I got paid .thank you so much alfred and all the wonderful crew at elite tire and towing god bless you all.

We had two blow outs outside of town, had to leave trailer in a compromising spot. When we got here they said it would be an hour, after we explained the situation we were all fixed up and out of there in 15 minutes! FIVE stars all the way!!!!

Took 2 Dodge Ram duallys to them to have tires swapped around got a a call 5 hrs later saying all the lugs on my new truck were cross threaded I went and picked up my trucks and the front wheel on my new one was scratched up called several time and nobody wants to own up!! 😡 oh and by the way none of my lugs were cross threaded either

My F350 pulling a 28 foot enclosed trailer stop running about 50 miles outside of Carlsbad New Mexico. Nathan was the check that came out and hooked up and told us back he was a very nice young man works real hard. The next day they found the problem with my truck fixed it very reasonably and we got on our way. Highly recommend them they are all great people Mike is very friendly also.

I hit a rock on 285, damaged my oil pan ( I think) and lost all oil pressure(not sure yet machanic couldn't look at it just yet) I called this place and got a man named Jim on the phone and he said it was going to be about an hour by time they could make it to where I was and that was ok. Could have been way worse, but after a little bit I had a voicemail from Jim saying to give him as call but the tow truck was on it's way to me. no se arrieguen a comprar llantas en Élite tire vende pura llantas dañadas y cuándo regresas a reclamar te disen que ellos estan con las reglas del DOT y que no pueden arreglala es pura estratejia para que le pongas una nueva y vendertela ellos son unos rateros es mejor pagar poco mas dinero en forrest tire pero ai si son profecionales y aparte se enojan por no comprarles haora me detuvieron 5 horas negandome el servicio nomas por aver reclamado mucho cuidado no se dejen estafar

The people are friendly,but they don’t have any professional people working there, took my flat tire to get it fixed took them forever and when I got home I noticed they had scratched my wheel four different places.i took it back to see if they’d make good on it. He told me he only had kids working for him. Offered to let me BORROW a black marker to fix the scratches. Those wheels are five hundred dollars a piece.
