They USED to have great customer service when I was coming last year for court ordered drug tests. We came in today rang the bell stood in line for almost 20 mins, was NEVER acknowledged, while whoever was working was just sitting back there laughing and conversating it up. A lot of people who come here that have to take drug tests have job they have to go back to and waiting for even an acknowledgment that someone’s here for over 15 mins isn’t good customer service.
