Update: Received a call 4 days later saying he was on vacation & forgot to reschedule. Decided to give them a second chance. He showed up within the first 30 minutes of the rescheduled time frame. Original review: Elite was recommended by our realtor. Contacted them for an ant problem & general household pests. They scheduled an appointment and on the day of the technician contacted me to say he would be late. Finally showed up 2 hours after the scheduled time. I was working from home so not horrible. This company is a complete joke. Super long review, but it’s needed to get the point across.. I found Elite while we were under contract to purchase our new home & I scheduled for them to do a pre-purchase pest inspection of the house. Fast forward a few weeks and we move into our new home and noticed straight away from day one that there was a severe ant problem (which I was frustrated that it was never brought to our attention when they did the initial inspection, but they said those inspections only cover the major wood e... read more
Worst Customer service! I have been using Elite for over a year and for the most part was satisfied with my service up until this past spring summer. I won’t bore you with all the minor discrepancies - but must share what is baffling a company wanting to stay in good standing would even do. Two weeks ago I took off a half day work for a service.
