Part of issue may have been my fault filling late but had to because of waiting for documents. In first meeting was left unconfident in the service that I was going to recieve because agent had to ask another what seemed like a basic info on if documents I had would work as propper documents, which they wouldnt just hoping because real docs in mail. Friendly and professional
Connie helped me with the filing process of my taxes, and she broke everything down for me perfectly. I am a college student, so some of the tax information was a little confusing. Connie perfectly showed me how to file and when to expect a return. I will definitely be going back to her next year! The tax fee was also very reasonable.
