I have never been to a place of business and then subsequently criticized and lectured by an owner of a business, because she has failed to properly train her employees as how to ring up her customers.....she needs to hire nice, young, pretty, customer service oriented people to work her front desk and she needs to stay in the back room ...she might be use to talking to people however she sees fit, but I expect to be treated with the upmost respect when I am spending my hard earned money.....she needs to reevaluate her prese... read more
