This was my first time using their garage door installation and repair services, and I had the pleasure of having Cameron come out to help. Cameron was super friendly and explained everything clearly, showing us what to watch for and how to keep our garage door working smoothly in the future. The repairs were finished quickly, and our garage door is working perfectly now. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely call them again if I need any garage door help in Sylmar. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. The team arrived right on time and fixed my garage door quickly. A while back, I had a broken garage door spring, and when I visited their shop, they made new springs for me in just a few minutes. Malachi took the time to explain how to properly add tension to the springs. I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely use their garage door services again in the future.
I got home one evening to find that the spring on my garage door had broken while I was out, leaving the frame, rails, and door all bent when I tried to open it. I remembered how helpful this garage door company was before when my garage door got damaged, so I called them again. A garage door service was able to schedule a technician to come out within 3 hours of my initial contact, which was really impressive. The technician, Malachi, was friendly and courteous. He clearly explained the pricing and showed great expertise. He got right to work and finished quickly.
