I contacted Elite Pool Service about a week ago regarding a leak on my pool pump. Charles came out later the same day diagnosed the problem went out to get a seal that would fit my pump and repaired it in a very timely manner. I will use Elite in the future for any issues with my pool I would recommend his service
Outstanding service! Very timely and professional. Elite Swimming Pools did a great job diagnosing and repairing several problems with my pool to include replacing the motor along with replacing gaskets and seals. They quickly identified leaky water shutoff valves that needed to be replaced. They also replaced the pool pump timer. I highly recommend this company!
We recently had our pool in Sunset Lakes resurfaced and contracted with Elite Swimming pools to perform the required :start-up" service. Charles at Elite did a timely and excellent job treating and preparing our pool for safe use. He also kept us well informed during the entire multi-week process and gave us valuable advice for ongoing use and care of our pool. We highly recommend Elite for anyone needing pool related services.
Charles from Elite Swimming Pools recently renovated my pool and provided outstanding customer service. He was dependable, timely and willing to answer all questions. He was very detail oriented with the re-tiling and his crew was quick and courteous. Thanks for a job well done. And, oh yes, the color lighting is fabulous.
