I have broken into twice. As I get they have taken over but safety first. Been 3-4 months since we have not had the gate done. But hey! What’s body corporate costs for! Care is what is annoying everyone. There is not any. Would you be happy with this at your place? If your children lives here? Not just been a few weeks. Nothing been down.
Terrible. Have had a leaking roof at my unit for months. They’re apathetic and disorganised.
Problems have never been solved. There was no response to the emails for a few months. Called the office and left a message, and no one would call back.
I have dealt with Elite since they established in Darwin, and other Body Corporate managers / companies, prior to them . Amber at Elite works hard to respond to our needs, She is knowledgeable; approachable and professional.
