The lovely Eve was more than helpful when the conveyancing agent paid strata levies incorrectly after the sale of our unit. She immediately tried to rectify this problem by contacting the conveyancing agent, got in touch with me so that she could reimburse the amount immediately. If you deal with this adorable lady then you will have no problems. Highly recommended.

I have broken into twice. As I get they have taken over but safety first. Been 3-4 months since we have not had the gate done. But hey! What’s body corporate costs for! Care is what is annoying everyone. There is not any. Would you be happy with this at your place? If your children lives here? Not just been a few weeks. Nothing been down.
