Elite Strata Management have been abysmal. From their knowledge of strata laws and regulations, to their unwillingness to deal with common property maintenance issues, and general rude and entitled communication - I've never experienced this before and I deal consistently with three body corporates whom are all outstanding.
The lovely Eve was more than helpful when the conveyancing agent paid strata levies incorrectly after the sale of our unit. She immediately tried to rectify this problem by contacting the conveyancing agent, got in touch with me so that she could reimburse the amount immediately. If you deal with this adorable lady then you will have no problems. Highly recommended.
Modern day bullies. Won't fix anything at the properties won't allow you to be on the committee. It's crazy to think we all pay so much to get 0 service.
After Mark left Elite management is bad not mention the charge are higher now.
