Worst company in the world. They are always late. They took me late to my appointment and then I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to picked me up back home. They never answer the phone. Today they never showed up to take me to dialysis. I missed my treatment because of them.
They took me to my appointment at first but then when I tried to get a ride back home nobody came and nobody answered the phone when I tried to call them again.
Elite Star has always provided me with great service. They have great drivers. Their drivers are both personable and professional. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I used your services twice. Funny, but I got the same driver on both occasions. He was very professional, made both trips a delight, and never rushed me for anything. His conversations were quite entertaining and educational as well.
