Had my whole care painted here a couple months ago and I was a little nervous just because some of the reviews I did read. I decided to take my car in for a quote and Wally helped me, he was extremely helpful and professional. I decided to take my car in to get fixed and painted. The side of my car was side swiped and all the other quotes I got were way to high for the amount of work that actually needed to be done. The quote I got here was very reasonable and they did a great job! I would definite recommend
I went to many full paint shops, none were as professional as Laguna Niguel's staff. Ken Richards was great. He treats the car like they were his own. He can appreciate older cars and you will see many older cars at their location getting fresh paint. This is the place to go if you are restoring a vehicle and want a full paint job done.
I was in LA two weeks ago and a lady had scratched my car pretty bad on the passenger's back bumper. Good thing it wasn't hit and run, she left me a note giving me all her information. My experience with Maaco has been great! I went for a free estimate last Friday and I met David the manager of the shop. He gave me a great discount. They did a fantastic job on my 2001 Toyota! It looks like new again. They went to the trouble of calling Toyota to color match the original paint. Toyota's a kind of known for the clear coat oxidizing, which was happening to my vehicle. (Heck it was only 13 years old and parked out in the sun all the time.) After the paint work was done I brought my truck back for detailing and waxing about a month later. They brought in Luis Fraire as a detailer. He did a great job. It looks great. Thank you!
I was a little uneasy getting my car painted a different color but Wally and Troy made sure it came out perfect!! I came in for an estimate that was just a little higher then I wanted to spend. Afterward I told them how much I wanted to spend and they agreed to do the same job for that price with no hassle! I was blown away by the generosity! Thank you Maaco!! Since Rene took over as manager the customer service is top notch. His staff took great care of me. I highly recommend.
I recently had my 1999 Dodge Dakota painted here. They did a Great job, my truck looks better than it ever has. They also did a nice job of detailing my truck before I picked it up. Defiantly worth the investment!!!
I just had my roof painted on my 2002 BMW 525 that has 195k miles & It made my car look newer again! My original engine & body panels all look good already, but my roof had the clear coat fading away after all these years. Guess I had not kept up the wax jobs enough on top. I appreciate the value & timeliness of getting my car back to me. Thanks Maaco Staff!
