I am a 66 year old female with an acute on chronic knee injury that needed some physio/rehab and so I called Elite Sports. I was lucky to get therapist Josh who worked with me over several months with the goal of getting me back to my usual workout regime. His enthusiasm, knowledge and patience were integral to my recovery. He is happy to work with any level of client age and ability and I highly recommend him should anyone need his services.
Michael is approachable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his work! He knows when and when not to push my limits to get me to wellness. I am happy to have him as my physiotherapist! Thank you!
I tore my ACL and had a quadricep tendon graft. I worked with Michael Penny for my rehab. I was able to fully recover post surgery and return to sport thanks to my personalized sports specific recovery plan. Michael was amazing and he fixed my knee! I can go back to playing soccer again. They do 1 on 1 sessions for your full allotted time. I recommend to go with Michael if you have an ACL issue.
