Matt is an extremely knowledgeable man and cares for his clients well being. He works hard to help fix the conditions going on and if one thing doesn’t work he keeps trying different techniques to relieve your pain and strengthen the underlying issue but will not push to make you feel uncomfortable. He makes my visits enjoyable with how easy going he is and very easy to talk to.

He's incredibly knowledgeable, acutely precise in his diagnostic assessment relying on empirical evidence based research, and extensively thorough in his treatment, homecare instructions & follow up. Michael is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and delivers excellent physiotherapy sessions. This is truly one of the best practices in Whitby. My daughter requires patella stabilization to resist lateral subluxation during sprinting and rapid changes of direction. As we work through selecting the appropriate knee brace, we will continue to train and strengthen her hip flexors and quadriceps. I am a 66 year old female with an acute on chronic knee injury that needed some physio/rehab and so I called Elite Sports. I was lucky to get therapist Josh who worked with me over several months with the goal of getting me back to my usual workout regime. His enthusiasm, knowledge and patience were integral to my recovery. He is happy to work with any level of client age and ability and I highly recommend him should anyone need his services.
