I sought out Elite Sport & Spine specifically for the variety of treatments, including ART/grastons techniques, to help me overcome long term chronic mobility and pain issues in my neck. I have been impressed with not only the relief of my symptoms, but the support provided while treating the symptoms. To resolve the core problem I have been provided with strengthening exercises to help ensure I am improving my body, not just surviving. So thankful I found this place as I cannot imagine where I would be without them.
Always an incredibly wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable and great at teaching exercises to strengthen so that you don't have to come regularly forever, unless you want or need to!
Elite Sport and Spine is our go-to for EVERYTHING!
