Highly professional personnel and meticulously clean facility! Highly recommended to all who are looking to get fit/healthy with a safe yet challenging workout, without the gym atmosphere. I'm a golfer who isn't the strongest nor the tallest by any means. When I first went to Jack at Elite Spine and Sports I didn't know what to expect. He took me under his wing and taught me how to be successful and taught me how to set goals and how to reach them. My first time there my swing speed was around 102-104. I wanted to increase my club head speed to around 106-108. I recently just got on a simulator and my club head speed is up to 108! Jack gave me great information and pushed me to my limits.
