I haven’t had appointment yet, still didn’t receive my paperwork for my near future appointment. Mindy was so nice and apologized for delay. If this the experience as much as I am nervous about it, I hope the whole ordeal will be just as great as this initial conversation. I had my appt this week, I can’t rave about dr Hayes team. They made me feel comfortable and at ease even though I am still nervous, I know I’m in good hands. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Hayes and his amazing staff. Shout out to Doni and Stacey as well as all of the office ladies!!! I had to have major low back surgery and was nervous, scared and very unsure. From start to now Dr. Hayes and staff have been nothing but supportive and empathetic. None of my concerns have been overlooked nor have I been made to feel like any questions or concerns are unimportant. My Surgery was supposed to be a simple in and out by noon discectomy? When he got into my neck it was worse than what was shown on the imaging tests. My Surgery ended up being 4 hours long and called for rebuilding my cervical spine! I ended up with Titanium plates and bone marrow drawn from my hip to be injected to the space between C2,C3,C4, along with bone fragments Doctor Hayes fished out of my neck.
