I purchased a Groupon for window tinting. I attempted to schedule an appointment. I called and was told he did not have his appointment book handy. That he would call back later on that afternoon or on Monday. I waited for a phone call and did not receive one. That same week I called back twice and left two voice messages. I purchased a Groupon for car window tinting from Elite Sound and Security. Per the Groupon instructions, I called Elite Sound and Security to schedule an appointment to complete the window tinting. After 5 phone calls, leaving a voice mail each time, and after writing 2 emails to the company, I still did not receive a reply from the company. It seemed impossible to schedule an appointment! I purchased a tint as a gift for my husband. Paid for the lifetime warranty with the 3M product. Its been 5 days and its bubbling and PEELING?! Totally incompetent techs obviously, its done with a computer! NOT happy.
