It has been over two years since we signed our contract with Sam and Elite Solar, they still have not finished the job. I also had to have our electrical redone by a different electrician after thier guy put to many loads on a single breaker. I also had to have our siding repaired from where it was damaged during install. I am planning on hiring someone else to finish the project and taking them to court to get reimbursed for the costs of the incomplete work.
Sam will not call or text us back. We need some communication and are not receiving any. We had problems with our installers that went on far to long, and now we can't even get a phone call. We do not suggest that you use this company.
I do not recommend this company, they put the panels on and got it hook up but did not schedule the inspection or get with the electric company, at this point the electrician Did not hook up 3 wires or put any stickers on any of my electric boxes or finish the job, Sam refuses to call me or answer the phone or text. I still cannot get a hold of anyone at Elite solar.i had to do the leg work to get it working but the electric company say I'm not returning any electric.
Update 11-20-24. We have been instructed by our lawyer to file in small claims court. So that is our next step. In regards to your response, we did not insist on my company.
