Sam will not call or text us back. We need some communication and are not receiving any. We had problems with our installers that went on far to long, and now we can't even get a phone call. We do not suggest that you use this company.
I do not recommend this company, they put the panels on and got it hook up but did not schedule the inspection or get with the electric company, at this point the electrician Did not hook up 3 wires or put any stickers on any of my electric boxes or finish the job, Sam refuses to call me or answer the phone or text. I still cannot get a hold of anyone at Elite solar.i had to do the leg work to get it working but the electric company say I'm not returning any electric.
Update 11-20-24. We have been instructed by our lawyer to file in small claims court. So that is our next step. In regards to your response, we did not insist on my company. We have been calling and leaving messages with Nexa for months. Sam said that he would get it resolved in April. It is now the end of July. Sam just informed me that he assumed it was fixed because we didn't let him know that it was not fixed. This is poor customer service and poor communication with partnered companies.
