Fantastic customer service! We had blinds installed by a different company years ago, and we needed service on a few small items. Morgan was super responsive by phone, and very flexible with scheduling a visit/appointment at our house to evaluate the blinds and remotes. David came to the house and was extremely professional, and fixed our problem. We will definitely be using this company in the future for any new purchases!
My experience with this company was terrific from start to finish! Chris came to do the initial measure and show me all my options and was informative, professional, and knowledgeable.
