I worked with Morgan on an issue that Hunter Douglas refused to fix for my clients. Morgan is the Customer Service Manager for Elite Shutters and Blinds. Morgan was absolutely amazing to work with and went above and beyond to help us find a motor for the motorized Luminette Blinds that hunter douglas stopped making. Elite Shutters and Blinds has the best staff (thank you Sue Ann and team), people doing repairs in the shop (thank you to all) and the friendliest, hard-working installers (Art and the young man who came with him, and Andrew)! I am so happy! I really wanted the TDBU Hunter Douglas shades to replace my 16 year old corded HD shades, but 3 companies told me no because of my 26 year old shutter configuration. Elite installed our Hunter Douglas Powerview blinds in 2018. No issues until last week (Aug '25). I dropped it off for repair and Madison and crew got it fixed up swiftly. I recommend Elite and Hunter douglas brands!
