Completely unorganized I've never dealt with such an unorganized organization. I understand there's a lot that goes into putting together such manpower, but even their own employees are hostile and disgruntled. I guess it's a good job for someone who hasn't graduated from high school, or a part time job for Marines...but jeez, get a little organization and things might run smoother.
