Jackie was fantastic in helping us find the right senior living community for my father-in-law (FIL). She was extremely knowledgeable about the options in the Phoenix area, always available when we had questions, and went with us on site visits. What I appreciated most was how patient she was throughout the process. We first started looking about eight months before my FIL was actually ready to move.
